People often adopt JRT's without doing enough research. They are highly energetic, intelligent, assertive & independant. Often they do not mesh with people's lifestyles who think they are getting just a cute little lap dog. The energetic Jack Russell constatnly needs a JOB and often they must be managed in the same way you would manage and supervise very young children.
